How long does production take?
All items are made to order. Current lead time is 1-3 weeks from payment confirmation. Complex harnesses (Ares) may take longer during busy periods.
Do I need to provide measurements?
Yes, for harnesses. Bulldog and Ares harnesses have adjustable straps - your measurements let us build the harness so the adjustment range sits correctly on your body rather than on a generic S/M/L template. The product page guides you through what to measure. Collars, accessories and engraved items do not require measurements.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Contact us at info@foxheavenstudio.com as soon as possible. If production has not started we can usually make changes. Once cutting has begun we cannot change colour, hardware or measurements.
What materials do you use?
We use 40mm polypropylene or nylon webbing in 35+ colours, and metal hardware in black, rose gold and grey finishes. Plastic (acetal) hardware is available for lower-impact wear.
Is the hardware suitable for restraint use?
Our metal hardware is rated for general use and aesthetic wear. We do not test or rate hardware for load-bearing restraint applications. Please assess suitability for your intended use.
What is the difference between the Bulldog and Ares harness?
The Bulldog is an upper-body chest harness - shoulder and chest straps only, compact and versatile. The Ares is a full-body harness with chest, waist and leg straps for stronger visual impact. Both have adjustable straps built to your measurements, not a generic size range.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to all EU countries. Shipping options and prices are shown at checkout. Non-EU shipping is not currently available.
Can I request a custom design or colour combination?
Yes. Use the Custom notes field on any product page or contact us at info@foxheavenstudio.com before ordering. We can discuss mixed hardware, unusual colour combinations and bespoke designs.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
FoxHeaven Studio is VAT exempt (alanyi adómentes) under Hungarian tax law. All prices shown are final - there is no VAT to add.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Payment is processed securely - your card details never reach our servers.
