Shipping & Returns

All orders are handcrafted in Hungary and shipped via our courier partners. Here is everything you need to know about delivery and what happens if something goes wrong.

Shipping within Hungary

• MPL home delivery - 1-3 business days, 1,130 HUF
• MPL post office pickup - 1-2 business days, 1,030 HUF
• FoxPost locker - 1-2 business days, 800 HUF
• GLS home delivery - 1-3 business days, 1,550 HUF

Exact prices are shown at checkout and depend on your selected courier and destination. You can choose a pickup point on an interactive map during checkout.

Shipping to EU countries

We ship to Austria, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Romania, Croatia, Slovenia, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy and Spain via GLS. Prices vary by country and are calculated at checkout.

Production lead time

All products are made to order. Current lead time is 1-3 weeks from payment confirmation. You will receive an email when production starts and another when your parcel is handed to the courier.

Tracking

A tracking number is sent by email once your parcel is with the courier. You can track your parcel directly on the courier's website.

Returns

Because all our products are custom-made to your specifications (colour, hardware, measurements and engraving), they are not eligible for standard returnsunder EU consumer law (Article 16(c), Directive 2011/83/EU).

If your item arrives damaged or has a production defect, contact us within 7 days at info@foxheavenstudio.com with photos. We will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
