Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with FoxHeaven Studio you agree to the following terms. Please read them before purchasing.

About FoxHeaven Studio

FoxHeaven Studio is a sole trader based in Hungary (alanyi adómentes, VAT exempt under Hungarian tax law). All prices are in Hungarian Forint (HUF) and include no VAT.

Made-to-order products

All harnesses, collars and custom-engraved products are made to order. Production begins after payment is confirmed. Lead time is typically 1-3 weeks depending on current queue. You will receive an email update when production starts.

Payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Your card details never touch our servers. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

Shipping

We ship within Hungary and to EU countries via MPL, FoxPost and GLS through the Kvikk platform. Shipping costs are shown at checkout and depend on destination and courier. Tracking information is sent by email once the parcel is handed to the courier.

Returns and cancellations

Because our products are made to your specifications (custom colour, hardware, engraving and measurements), they are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU).

If your item arrives damaged or with a production error, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@foxheavenstudio.com with photos. We will replace or repair at our cost.

Intellectual property

All product designs, photos and brand assets are the property of FoxHeaven Studio. You may not reproduce them without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods ordered. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Hungarian law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hungary unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country applies.
