Hardware finishes

Every harness, collar and leash ships with your choice of hardware finish. Metal options use zinc die-cast construction with a 200 kg rated breaking load. Plastic hardware uses high-strength polymer at the same load rating.

Rose gold metal hardware close-up

Zinc die-cast — rose gold plated

Rose Gold

Zinc die-cast buckles and D-rings finished in a warm rose gold plating. The plating builds a dense, even layer over the cast body — richer in tone than powder-coated alternatives. Pairs well with cream, bone white, sand and blush webbing. A statement finish for those who want warmth and presence in equal measure.

Black metal hardware close-up

Zinc die-cast — black plated

Black Metal

The same zinc die-cast construction with a deep matte black finish. Rated to 200 kg breaking load — the full weight of the buckle presses into the wearer, not a thin stamped sheet. Works against virtually any webbing color; especially strong with black, red and dark jewel tones. Forgiving on fingerprints and surface scuffs compared to polished chrome.

Grey metal hardware close-up

Zinc die-cast — nickel plated

Metal Grey

Zinc die-cast with a nickel plating — the most neutral finish in the metal range. The tone sits between warm silver and cool grey without pulling strongly in either direction. Handles rain, sweat and outdoor conditions without issue; dry thoroughly after extended water exposure to preserve the release mechanism over time.

Black plastic hardware close-up

High-strength polymer — matte black

Plastic Black

Injection-moulded side-release buckles and D-rings in matte black polymer. Lighter and completely silent during movement — no clink, no rattle. The base option on every harness and collar. Good choice for everyday wear, active use or anyone who wants the gear to stay quiet.

Hardware finish is selected on each product page when you configure your order.
